This unique recipe substitutes flour with rice flour and quinoa to give it a cupcake-like consistency. Other inner goodies included cinnamon-spiced and rum-soaked apples as well as eggs, butter, and sugar. The lovely goodies are then topped with a delightful penuche frosting!
